CLASS OFFERINGS
No registration required except for the Rasa Kids Summer Camp Series.
Basics class offers a clear teaching of the principles of Anusara Yoga; a slower
class to deepen the knowledge of alignment, creating a stable foundation.
Excellent for beginners!
Open class is a more dynamic practice that supports and challenges the yogi to
expand to their full potential. A drop-in all levels class.
Practice is an advanced teacher's class. Must have a strong practice in Anusara Yoga.
Yoga/MS is an open-hearted therapeutic approach for all levels designed for those
with Multiple Sclerosis or other conditions such as Parkinson’s, and Fibromyalgia.
Prenatal is a deeply supportive practice designed to create space, balance,
strength, and a conscious connection between mother and child.
Restorative is a deeply rejuvenating all-levels class that connects the yogi
to the body’s healing properties. This class is an end of the work week must!
Pranayama is a weekly open class designed to support/instruct a daily breath and meditation practice. Prerequisite: Introductory Pranayama Series
RASA KIDS Summer Camp is a fun, creative approach to yoga that encourages children to use their bodies, minds and senses. This interdisciplinary approach integrates traditional yoga ideals with creativity and fun. Playful yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques are sprinkled with music, art, stories and sensory elements, to create a unique learning experience. Through experiential games, children will be introduced to the yamas (how to treat others) and niyamas (how to treat yourself) deepening their sense of respect and mindfulness. Each day will include a yoga sequence, art extension and a healthy snack.
