Anusara Inspired, RYT
My teaching is infused with Anusara's alignment principles. These universal principles of alignment line up our bodies to connect us more fully to our hearts. I have such gratitude for my teachers who have supported my growth. I have studied several workshops with John Friend, the founder of Anusara yoga, including a therapy training. My teacher training was with Desiree Rumbaugh, and I continue to take workshops with her, as well as other certified Anusara teachers. Some other teachers that have guided me along my path are Natalie Donnellon, Sara Davidson, Katherine Schaeffer, Todd Tesen and Jamie Allison. The moment I found Anusara yoga it was love at first practice. I enjoy so fully sharing my love of this practice with others. My wish for my students is to celebrate their fullness and to become more connected to their hearts. A road toward physical, emotional and spiritual enhancement is what we will travel. We can together enjoy every breath and every moment of this journey to celebrate life!
